## Resetting your password

1. On the login screen, tap **Forgot password?**

2. Enter the email address on your account.

3. Follow the link in the email we send you to choose a new password.

## Resetting your transaction PIN

1. Go to **Account → Security → Transaction PIN**.

2. Tap **Reset PIN**.

3. Verify it’s you with the OTP sent to your phone or email.

4. Choose a new 4-digit PIN.

> Never share your PIN or password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be from Divest. Our team will never ask for them.
